A DANCE meditation session is being held in Bradford on Avon for people who need to release their post-Christmas blues.
It is being led by members of the Osho Leela community from Dorset that specialises in Aum meditation.
It aims to get people to shake out their frustration and tackle emotions like love and hate through dance.
This is the second time Osho Leela has held meditation groups in Bradford.
Session organiser Suzy Mizrahi said: "We had a lovely large group last time and we are doing it again. It is very good fun and is really about having the courage to express yourself honestly and free yourself up through dance."
The Aum session is being held tomorrow at Mount Pleasant Community Hall from 1-5pm. Attendance costs £10.
