BOLLYWOOD gossip and Hindi music are the heart of a new radio show due to be broadcast from Swindon.
Entitled Sangam, the programme is not just aimed at the Asian community because it will be presented in English.
It used to be transmitted by BBC Radio Bristol and went out to the whole of the south west but will now be produced at BBC Radio Swindon which has its studios in Victoria Road.
The new format will have more of a local emphasis.
Rizvana Sheikh, the show's producer and presenter, said: "It is a live radio broadcast and we really want to concrete on Asian issues here in Swindon and Wiltshire."
