PEOPLE with complaints or concerns about their NHS treatment can now get help from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Anyone who lives in Wiltshire can use the new Independent Complaints Advocacy Service, which is free, independent, impartial and confidential.
CAB manager Sarah Cardy said: "NHS treatment is provided to local people by doctors, dentists, opticians, pharmacists, community health workers and in a variety of hospital settings.
"This exciting project enables us to help our clients who have issues with local health services and need support.
"We have known for some time that clients have had concerns about health services and have not known where to turn for support."
To contact the service call 0845 1203782, saying that you live in Wiltshire, or call (01225) 763880. Alternatively, call in to your local CAB office or email the bureau at icas@cabwiltshire.org.uk
