KELVIN Highmore is looking to make changes to his Calne Town side both on and off the field ahead of tomorrow's trip to Wellington.
The Calne manager has been frustrated by their recent run of inconsistent results and admits it is time to review things.
He said: "I can't put my finger on what is happening. We probably need a few players to come in and freshen things up.
"We had a poor run at the start of the season and we changed the way we prepared for the game against Westbury and it worked.
"So I will be reviewing everything about, us including myself. I think things have got a bit robotic and mundane and we need to put an end to that."
Calne are in 11th place in the Screwfix League First Division but Highmore knows a couple of positive results would make the situation look a lot brighter.
He said: "It is not a disaster at the moment. We are only a few points off sixth place but we do need to start winning.
"Stupid mistakes have cost us all season. We seem to be having the lions share of the match and then throwing it away with a silly error."
Highmore has made an approach for Melksham Town midfielder Kevin Banks this week and will also be talking to Bath City under 18s striker Craig Lewis in the next couple of days.
