A TROWBRIDGE internet caf designed exclusively for disabled people could have its future secured if businesses in the town give it their support.
Wiltshire county councillor Jeff Osborn is fighting to save the caf from closure but there is only enough money in the bank to keep it going until March.
The caf has provided one-to-one computer help for over 60 people over the past three years.
It is one of only three in the country and was set up by the Swindon Users Network.
West Wiltshire NHS Primary Care Trust and Trowbridge Town Council have provided most of the funding.
Cllr Osborn said: "Supporting the disabled by giving them encouragement and help with computer technology while providing an environment where they can meet and support each other is, in my view, a very positive and worthwhile exercise.
"Every little bit helps and I want to try and drum up as much support so we can secure the future of this caf."
