BILINGUAL Sophia Morris is offering people in Chippenham a taste of Thailand. The 22-year-old, who moved from Asia to Audley Road in December, is offering Thai lessons to residents.
Mrs Morris will attempt to teach people the language through conversation.
She said: "I was born in Thailand and when I lived there I saw many Europeans who were struggling to communicate with people who couldn't speak English.
"If people are going on holiday over there I will be able to teach them the basics fairly quickly.
"It is a good thing to do and a good way to kill time."
Mrs Morris, a former English teacher in Thailand, said people could broaden their Thai vocabulary easily if they were prepared to put in the time.
"The language is not really easy but it's not too difficult either," she said.
"I'm not planning to set tests or anything, I'm just hoping people can learn from my language.
"Thailand is popular for holidays and Thai food is very famous over here."
