POTENTIAL Zurich employees can now get free advice on disability issues, thanks to a new scheme.
It is hoped the new helpline, which will be manned by trained disability consultants, will encourage more disabled applicants.
Sabre Employment Limited, which specialises in disability employment, is behind the scheme.
Chris Staples, Zurich's community affairs director, said: "Zurich is an inclusive company and we want to recruit and retain people with disabilities.
"We strongly believe that this line will help the company to improve, understand and support all sorts of employment issues affecting people with disabilities."
Sabre's project manager, Jenny Philips, said: "The advice line offers the opportunity to discuss disability issues with specialists.
