FOLLOWERS of the cult sci-fi TV series Stargate should take a trip to the Brunel Shopping Centre tomorrow.
Two of the most popular stars of the series, Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson) and Christopher Judge (Teal'c), will be at Infinitely Better, the memorabilia store on the first floor of the centre.
They will start signing autographs and meeting fans from 2.30pm until 7pm after cutting the ribbon to open the store's new gallery extension.
Steve Goss, managing director of the store, said: "I fully expect numbers to be double those of any previous signings."
He is particularly pleased that the Stargate through which characters pass on their way to adventures in the show, is being loaned by MGM film studios for the day.
It will be situated under the link bridge in Canal Walk.
