JUGGLING, plate spinning and rocket building are some of the activities on offer at the George Ward School, Melksham tomorrow.
The Melksham Saturday Academy is a monthly learning initiative that gives children and their parents the chance to learn a whole new range of skills.
The initiative is aimed at all age groups, with all the activities provided free of charge.
As well as creative workshops, such as glass painting and sculpture, there are sessions teaching useful practical skills such as creating web pages and DIY.
The DIY sessions have already attracted a lot of interest from people keen to learn or improve their basic skills in areas such as putting up shelves and preparing and painting doors.
For youngsters who are starting to feel the pressure of upcoming exams, there are also some useful sessions on how to study.
Organiser Brian Francis said: "One of the advantages of the academy is that the whole family can attend and spend the day doing different activities. So come along and have a go the whole day costs nothing and everyone is welcome."
