I am writing to complain about the recipe you had in the Wiltshire Times on January 16 for Moroccan pork. Myself and members of the Moroccan community found this to be insulting as it is a meat that is forbidden for us to eat as you know we are Muslims.
I am aware Moroccan food has become more popular the last couple of years and people are enjoying the taste of Moroccan chicken and Moroccan lamb.
I'm afraid Moroccan (pork) will not be found on a menu in any Moroccan restaurant.
I would be grateful if you could make an apology and clarify this.

The recipe was from a press release issued by the British Meat Information Service and was used in good faith. No offence was intended Editor.
