So what do you actually do?

I'm the head of marketing managing a team of five business development staff.

As a team we are responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in establishing realistic and effective business development plans for the firm and for each team and practice group.

What do you hate most about your job and why?

The seagulls screeching outside my window in Bristol when I'm working to tight deadlines (which is most of the time, on both accounts!).

Do you think your colleagues like you?

They continue to include me on the tea run so I guess so

What's the best bit of advice you have ever been given?

To fail to plan is to plan to fail.

What's the best bit of gossip you have ever heard about yourself?

That I attended Prince Williams' 21st birthday party.

What job did you want to do when you were young and why?

I wanted to be a nanny the attraction being to work with children and to be paid to go on holiday.

If you could have a dream job, what would it be?

Jonny Wilkinson's interior designer.

Hobbies? Netball (playing for the VW All Blacks), DIY, travelling, cooking, shopping and socialising with friends.

In job terms, who or what has been your greatest influence and why?

I'd say my father he convinced me to go to university instead of becoming a nanny!
