AN Irish dancing school in Trowbridge could be forced to close because too many of its members fail to turn up for weekly classes.
Sarah Moloney, 27, of the Moloney School of Irish Dancing, travels to Trowbridge from Swindon each week to teach children's dance classes.
She recently relocated the classes to Southwick Baptist Church after they could no longer afford to hire space at Clarendon School.
The pupils pay for each session, rather than paying a flat fee each term, according with international Irish Dancing School rules.
Mrs Maloney's father, Patsy, who manages the dancing school, said: "There are times when she does not even get enough people along to pay for the hire of the hall."
He is appealing for more members to attend regularly so the dance company can stay afloat. Classes take place every Saturday from 2-4pm and cost £4 a session.
Anyone interested in sending their children should contact Mr Moloney on (01793) 642368.
