CORSHAM have been handed a massive boost ahead of the First Division visit of Bitton tomorrow with the news that star man Alan Griffin will be staying at Southbank until the end of the season.
Griffin has been courted by local Dr Martens sides Chippenham and Supermarine.
Corsham boss Nobby Bush has agreed to let Griffin train with the former alongside brother Charlie, but he will continue to ply his trade in the Screwfix League until the summer at least.
Bush also hopes to add Calne's Ben Highmore to the squad.
Calne, who travel to Minehead, are without Kevin Banks and Matt Pratley along with the departing Highmore.
In the Premier Division, Devizes face Bridport without Kevin Coles while Justin Porter faces a fitness test.
Melksham host Barnstaple in a re-run of last week's 2-0 Les Phillips Cup defeat.
