Shrivenham's defeat at the hands of Asians 1 effectively ended their chances of winning Division 1 of the Swindon Indoor Cricket League.
Batting first, Shrivenham were dismissed for 97 (Gordon Aitken 36, Mark Whale 35).
In reply Asians were untroubled as Tony Sharma and Jug Chahal both scored 26 not out.
Division 2 is far from settled, with the top two teams both suffering rare defeats.
Leaders Wootton Bassett must be kicking themselves, losing to Nalgo 2 after amassing 148-3 (Clive Chattel 32 not).
Chasing such a daunting total, Nalgo snatchd an unlikely last over triumph thanks to Simon Legg's 54 not out and Sandy Steele-Davis's undefeated 40.
Second-placed Wanborough were comprehensively outplayed by Nalgo 1 and lost by 31 runs.
Despite Andy Clinning taking 3-31, Nalgo still rattled up 135-4 as Josh Lovegrove made 32 not out and Scott Metcalfe 28 not out.
Wanborough never threatened and closed on 104-5 (Nick Stacy 38, Paul Sore 35 not).
Already-relegated Minety lost again, on this occasion by 33 runs to Chamelion.
Ramsbury caused a minor surprise in Division 3 when they defeated Nalgo 3 by two wickets in the final over , thanks in the main to Dave Rushen's undefeated 52.
Title chasing Swindon 2 enjoyed a good three-wicket victory over Highworth. Set 103 to win, James Parkinson made 36 not out to see Swindon home.
In Division 4 fading Cirencester crashed again, losing to Wroughton 2 by an easy four wickets as they were bowled out for just 57. Woodlands are booked for the wooden spoon, having been thrashed by six wickets by Civil Service 2.
