Ref. 29449-81TWO Swindon musicians have decided to drum up business doing what they do best.

Andy Wraight and Martin Ranscombe are launching their own drumming business Drum Company UK on Saturday, March 20.

They will open a specialist drum shop and studios where they will be offering lessons, regardless of age.

Andy, 32, of North Street, Old Town, said: "It's a drum shop and studio run by drummers for drummers.

"We want this to be a place where drummers from Swindon and beyond can come to relax and buy all the gear they could possibly need.

"We will be teaching and playing as well as stocking all the specialist kit that drum enthusiasts need.

"There will be four teachers available at the school and lessons will be open to drummers of any age and standard."

Martin, 39, of Wroughton, and Andy have both been playing the drums since they were 11 and have always wanted to set up shop.

They both teach and play the drums and have been involved in tours all over the world.

The shop and studios are based at 105 Rodbourne Road and will be open from 10am until 5.30pm. There will be a 10 per cent discount on all stock on the opening day.

The shop will then be open every Saturday thereafter.
