Two goals apiece from Chris and Andy Allum sealed a second cup final appearance of the season for AFC Wallingford A as they came back from two goals down against Lambourn Sports Reserves in the Nairne Paul Cup.
Lambourn were much livelier at the start and opened the scoring after 12 minutes when Chris Prior rounded the keeper and shot low into the far corner.
Shortly afterwards, Chris Collins finished superbly to make it 2-0 and when Wallingford did get going they found Lambourn keeper Matty Turner in fine form.
Just before the break, a penalty was awarded to Wallingford for handball and Chris Allum netted. Chris Orr equalised following a neat exchange with Andy Allum and Wallingford took the lead when Chris Allum scored from the narrowest of angles on 70 minutes.
Andy Allum headed in the fourth from a right-wing cross and secured the win with another penalty 10 minutes from time to make it 5-2.
In the other semi-final, Saxton Rovers Reserves took a 16th minute lead when Dave Hawthorne headed home Martin Neal's corner.
Warborough Reserves fought back to equalise in the 10th minute of the second-half with a well-taken goal from Steve Walden.
During the second period of extra-time Warborough keeper Peter Anthony made several fine saves to keep the scores level.
However, in the dying minutes Saxton striker Ben Campello held off a defender and superbly curled the ball into the top corner to give Saxton victory.
Ardington & Lockinge progressed to the next round of the Reading Evening Post Cup with a comfortable 4-0 win over Goring United Reserves. The experience of John Culley, who netted twice, and the goals of the younger Gareth Ward and Danny Hogan saw them through.
In Division 1, Kintbury Rangers are making a late charge up the table and returned from East Hendred with a 3-0 victory, courtesy of goals from Spencer Annetts (2) and Mark Wilcock.
Midfielder Will Westall scored for the fifth time in six games for Marcham but they had to settle for a 1-1 draw, with Dave Stanley on target for Saxton Rovers.
Benson AFC can look forward to Division 2 football next year after another defeat, this time 3-1 to Blewbury, condemned them to the drop. John-Robert Willis, Johnny Pearce and an own goal scored for the winners.
The big game in Division 2 ended in a 5-2 win for Harwell International at Sutton Courtenay. Dave Carter and Jimmy Mills found the net for the home side but Darren Carter, Tom Baptie, Zen Anchors, Damon Smith and Pete Bedwell weighed in to continue the 'Atomics', unbeaten record in the league.
In Division 3, promotion challengers Radley won 4-2 against Faringdon Town Reserves. Nick Dobson and Nick Ridge, coming on as substitute, each scored twice.
The key game in Division 5 was at Buckland, where the home side recorded a 3-1 win over neighbours and promotion rivals Coleshill Reserves.
Steven Holder put Buckland ahead, racing through to score two minutes from the break, and he went on to net twice more in the second-half before Pete Soane replied for Coleshill.
Ardington & Lockinge Reserves continued their 100 per cent home record with a 3-1 win over Wootton Reserves, mainly due to the goalscoring talent of Tom Weeks, who bagged all three, including his first-ever headed goal.
