STRIKERS Glenn Armstrong and Darren Hawkins both notched five goals for their clubs in high-scoring Division 1 encounters.
Armstrong fired Wroughton WMC into second spot in Division 1 as they beat Carriers Arms 7-1.
Mitch Wyatt and Richie Saunders added further goals, Jon Peters netted the home side's consolation effort.
Hawkins also scored five for AFC Gas as they put 10 past New Century WMC without reply. There were doubles for Gary Fowler and Pete Beckett as well as one for Brian Blake.
Division 2
No change at the top as both Penhill United and Haydon Wick WMC both won again.
Penhill won 4-1 at Alanbrooke, whose scorer was Martin Dunn.
Mark Arnold gave Haydon Wick a first-half lead against Plough Highworth and Russell Jones and Richard Martin added further goals for a 3-0 win.
Swindon West Indians won 1-0 at Athletico.
Division 3
County Ground inched nearer to outright promotion with a 4-1 win at Fox & Hounds although they did not have things their own way.
Trailing 1-0 at half time Phil Corcoran equalised before Kevin Coles and Micky Solan (2) wrapped things up.
Motorola went third after their 6-2 home victory over Coleshill. Steve Shaw with a hat trick, Andy Wilson, Justin Lowe and Martin Pritchard were all on the scoresheet.
South Marston won 4-2 at Mallard.
Division 4
Leaders CJ Electrical won 3-1 at Windmill, whose consolation effort came from Ross Kelly.
Behind them in the battle between second and third Red Lion Inn defeated Jovial Monk 4-0.
Southbrook registered their first league win since November when they edged out KMLC 5-4. Martin Yeates scored the winner and there were further goals for Dale Uren, Dave Heskett and Kevin Taylor with a double. Greg Smart, Tim Youlden and Alan Lunt netted for the unlucky losers.
High St Club beat Campbell James 5-3 thanks to a brace from Pete Brotheridge and one each for Andy Hendry, Nick Trott and Gareth Parry.
Division 5
With the Prince of Wales fixture off due to a waterlogged pitch, Rat Trap went into top spot after their 3-0 home defeat of Mckenzies. Justin Montague and a Marc Connelly double saw them home.
Goals from Martin Johnson, Dale May, Andy Thorn and Alan Leng enabled Village Inn to win 4-1 at G & F Bricklaying.
The match between ISSC and FC Lava Lounge was abandoned 10 minutes from the end because of a serious leg injury sustained by Andrew Hannath of ISSC. The score at the time was 3-2 to ISSC.
Philip Andrews finally moved off the bottom after their fine 4-2 home win over Halcrow, thanks to a Bash Miah double, Darren Grace and Ross Sutton. Ross Kirkbride and Martin Mannion scored for Halcrow.
Division 6
Leaders Deers Leap powered to a 9-2 home win against Intermach with hat-tricks for Gerry Ellis and Dennis King. On the scoresheet were Paul Venables, Pete Goddard and Justin Keens.
The league's game of the day involved second-placed team WS One who beat Nationwide Life 7-6. Terry Griffin scored twice and there were goals for Tom Griffin, Lee Reeves, Andrew Marriott, Shane Miles and Stuart Armstrong. The Nationwide scorers were Martin Lewis with a hat-trick, Paul Hibberd, Mark Harris and Shaun Hewitt.
Division 7
Nine Elms went two points clear after their 7-1 win at Moredon Cheney. Steve Townsend, Rob Biltcliff, Paul Webb, Mark Jackson and three more goals for Warren Fuller gave the leaders their latest win.
Queenstown Sunday won 3-1 at Horse & Jockey with Scott Goody, Trevor Blake and Gary Bracey all netting. The home team's reply came from Mike Blackwell.
Goalie Paul Paginton scored for AFC Royston direct from a kick out in his team's 5-4 home defeat at the hands of Dennis Removals. Nick Paget, Martin Eagles and Richard West also scored.
Knockout Cup
Moonrakers are through to the final after their excellent 2-0 win over Greyhound. They will face Juventus in the final who defeated Tran Staff 3-1 with goals from Mike Sullivan, Shaun Wimble and Doug Imrie.
