She is divorced and lives with her 11-year-old daughter Stephanie in Old Walcot.
Mrs Richell, 36, is dreading hikes on cigarettes and petrol.
She said: "I smoke and it's becoming a very expensive habit. Because of my new business, I'm using my car more often. So I hope petrol prices don't increase too much."
