STAFF at Swindon's Enterprise Works are snapping up literary and numeracy training courses.
The centre, in Gipsy Lane, helps people with disabilities find employment.
The tailor-made training package, organised by Swindon College, is designed to boost confidence and runs until the summer.
More than 50 people have already enrolled on one course.
Karen Heaven, the co-ordinator at Enterprise Works, said: "They will now be able to train together in their work environment at convenient times.
"Everyone will be encouraged to improve their skills and move up a qualification level and really have something to be proud of."
The training forms part of the Free2learn Employer Training pilot scheme.
Since its launch in 2002 by Wiltshire and Swindon Learning and Skills Council, more than 7,000 employees from about 750 organisations have benefited.
