PEOPLE in west Wiltshire have six weeks to comment on new guidance for future development in the area.
West Wiltshire District Council hopes to adopt the supplementary planning guidance, which aims to improve the quality of residential and commercial development, by June.
Cllr Christopher Newbury said: "Good quality, well designed development can help revitalise town centres, and design is a material consideration when planning applications are considered."
The guidance can be seen at the council offices at Bradley Road, Trowbridge, and at libraries and town council offices in Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Warminster and Westbury.
Written comments can be sent to planning policy manager Mark Russell at the district council offices no later than April 28.
