THE owners of a pub in Bradford on Avon have been charged with five counts of breaching health and safety regulations.
Peter and Alison Eveleigh, of the Riverside Inn, appeared before magistrates at Chippenham on Tuesday.
Both pleaded not guilty to two counts of not complying with food safety regulations and failing to protect food from contamination.
They also denied failing to keep premises clean, maintained and in good order and failing to ensure fittings in contact with food were clean and in good working order to avoid risk of contamination.
The case was adjourned until June 24 at Chippenham Magistrates Court.
