STONEHENGE Falcons have retained the Division One title with relegation now certain for Laverstock A and West Tytherley A.
Falcons title-clinching victory came against Laverstock, whose defeat ended hopes of staying up when Cyclones won at West Tytherley the same evening.
Falcons dropped only 38 points in the entire match against Laverstock. Tytherley did take two sets against Cyclones but only a victory could have kept their survival hopes alive.
Wilton B's relegation from Division Two was confirmed by a 6-3 defeat against their A team colleagues. The A team could still reach second place in the table but West Grimstead B need only two points from their last four matches to stay ahead of them.
In the Men's League it will be a Stonehenge one-two at the top following two more wins for the B team, which guaranteed second place. Sam Elphinstone and Jonathan Ashman were both undefeated in the wins against Burgate and Lugershall.
Stonehenge A are shaping as likely champions in the Under-18 League. At Under 14 a 6-2 win in their final match at home to Winterslow B gave Stonehenge C the title, but only by a margin of two sets as they finished on the same number of points as Wilton B.
