FORMER Wiltshire Regiment soldier, Dennis Fletcher, is trying to trace an old post-war Army pal.
Mr Fletcher, of Wareham, Dorset, has traced several of his regimental colleagues and met up with them.
Now he would like to find a soldier called Mr Garraway, known as Garra.
Mr Fletcher and Mr Garraway were both privates in the Wiltshire Regiment and were at Bulford Camp in 1950 before being posted to Hong Kong as part of the defence platoon in 1951.
Mr Garraway left for home in early 1952 on the troop ship Empire Windrush.
Mr Fletcher said: "I would love to hear from Garra. I have managed to trace others who served with me, including Ken Mathews, Terry Pearce and Ron Burdett."
If you have any news about Mr Garraway call Mr Fletcher on (01929) 556015.
