SCREWFIX DIVISION ONE: TWO Street goals in the final five minutes ended ten-man Calne's three game winning streak.
Kelvin Highmore's men had dominated the first half and led at the break through James Lye.
But their goal-scorer was sent off in the second half and Street capitalised by bouncing back and taking the three points.
Highmore said: "To be honest everything was going wrong all day. Gary Banks declared himself not fit to play and we started off without Robbie Lardner and Dave Hunt.
"We reshuffled and were the better team in the first half and should have done better."
But Highmore said his half-time pep talk was not heeded and further injuries to Glenn Armstrong and Kevin Banks forced another reshuffle.
"During the break we talked about defending what we'd got and watching out for Palfrey who is a good player," added Highmore.
"But we didn't and defensively were poor in midfield from my point of view. Ten minutes in Palfrey equalised with a great goal after a one-two.
"We were still doing okay despite the injuries and had chances to go 3-1 up but on 70 minutes James Lye got a straight red.
"We still did okay after reshuffling again but basically they scored two goals which had shades of offside. I felt we deserved something out of the game."
A strong wind blowing across the pitch ensured a slow start to the game from both sides as they adjusted to the conditions.
The half-time break served Street better and they came out rejuvenated.
