A fashion show revealing the latest in ethical clothes is to be held at Toothill Church on Saturday.
A range of fairly traded garments produced in the Third World will be on show and on sale at the Toothill event where volunteers will model new designs of casual and formal wear.
The clothes are from fair trade company Peartree and will be available to buy in Oxfam's Regent Street store.
"They look different to the high street brands but are as good quality and they suit everybody's budget," said Fairtrade organiser Sharon Hall.
All profits will go to the Fairtrade organisation. A similar show last year raised about £900.
Organisers are hoping 60 people will attend this year. The show starts at 7pm and tickets are £2, or £1 concessions on the door or by calling Sharon on 01793 692840.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, staff and sixth-form students at Ridgeway School, in Wroughton, will stage a fashion show in aid of charity.
The theme is evening wear and volunteers will don smart dresses and tuxedos.
Tickets for the event are £5. Proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK. Doors open at 7.30pm. Tickets can be purchased by calling into reception. Alternatively, telephone 01793 846100.
