STAFF from the Ministry of Defence's Research Acquisition Organisation have moved to Shrivenham.
The staff from London and other locations across the UK have moved in order to allow the organisation to work more closely with the many other organisations based at Shrivenham.
Among them are the Defence Procurement Agency, the Defence Logistics Organisation and the scientific community at the Defence Academy.
The Research Acquisition Organisation ensures that Ministry of Defence sponsored research programmes deliver real benefit to UK defence and gives good value for money.
It comprises around 80 technical and support staff.
They are in charge of putting together research projects to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Defence.
