Swindonians have just over a month to nominate entrants for this year's People Of Wiltshire Awards.
Now in its third year, the scheme, backed by Newsquest Wiltshire, which publishes the Advertiser, honours people who make a contribution to community life.
The awards, run by Wiltshire County Council, include categories such as youth award, sporting success and good neighbour.
Individuals will receive £500, while the winning business will net £500 worth of free advertising.
Wiltshire County Council vice-chairman Coun Allan Peach, said: "This is an opportunity for us to let everyone know that the help these people give to their neighbours, employees and environment is greatly appreciated.
Nomination forms are available in libraries, surgeries, pharmacies, opticians and youth and leisure centres. The deadline is 5pm on April 30.
