Chippenham 3rd ran out 59-5 winners over their Minety 2nd opponents.
Playing against the slope in the first half, Chippenham started slowly and allowed Minety to dominate the early phases of play.
As a consequence Minety grabbed the game's first try, but that was to be their only reward.
Chippenham immediately responded with a forward breakaway which resulted in a try from James Cook, converted by Ceri Morris.
Straight from the restart, Chippenham's Chris Mooney, Tim Murrow and Cook combined for Ben Chamberlain to score under the posts for a 14-5 lead.
Morris then gathered his own chip to touch down and convert for a 21-5 lead at the break.
The second half was dominated from the start by Chippenham and further tries soon followed from Chris Cook, James Cook and captain Ian Bannister.
A determined home side continued to hold sway and they eventually passed the half century courtesy of tries from James Cook, his third, and Jon Billet (2).
