GAZETTE & HERALD: The Hare and Hounds pub is hosting a beer festival this week to mark the first anniversary of landlords Mark Foster and his fiance Hayley Gill.
The couple took over the Corsham pub one year ago and within months won the industry Newcomer of the Year award.
Following a successful beer festival last September the pair decided to hold another to celebrate the anniversary.
The festival will be held from April 1, until Sunday, April 4 closing time.
There will be 20 ales on offer over the weekend.
Mr Foster said they will have six pumps operating and when one ale is finished they will change the barrel to a different one so the choice of beer will continually change.
"They are all multi-award winning ales from across the region.
"Ales under five per cent will be £1.80 a pint and ales over five per cent will be £2 a pint," he said.
Dogs and children are welcome and food will be served.
"We want to remind people that we are here, that we have a big garden and to kick start the summer," said Mr Foster.
The pub will be open on Thursday from 12pm until 3pm and from 6pm until close.
It will be open Friday and Saturday each day from noon until closing.
Food will be served on Thursday and Friday from 12pm-2.30pm and 6pm-10pm and on Saturday and Sunday all day from noon until 10pm.
