PFC Durrington's Saturday Premier Division title hopes suffered a set-back with a 1-0 home defeat to Harnham, only their second loss of the season.
Harnham will feel they have a shot at the championship, but Durrington are still a point ahead of their conquerors and Meadow Park, with two games in hand on both.
Netheravon reinforced their position at the top of Division One with a 4-0 win at Whiteparish.
However, in-form Enford, who have three games in hand on the leaders, maintained their push for glory with a 5-2 victory away to Friends Provident.
Michael Martin scored four goals while Ali Nicholl got the other with a scorching volley.
However, a congested fixture list may prove their downfall. Enford play three cup finals, two semi-finals and a league match in the next 14 days.
They face Stockton & Codford in the final of the Chalke Cup on Wednesday, April 7 at Salisbury City's Raymond McEnhill Stadium, then Laverstock & Ford in the Lord Bledisloe Cup Final on Good Friday at Downton FC.
Tisbury are their next opponents in the Morrison Cup Final on Easter Monday, which is also staged at Salisbury City's ground.
Nothing changed in Division Two as the top four all won, with Alderbury's 7-3 success over Tisbury Reserves a particular highlight.
Royal Oak (Salisbury) maintained their 100-per-cent record to move a step closer to the championship by beating second-placed Avon Valley 2-1.
Stonehenge Inn FC thumped fellow strugglers Chalke Valley Roofing 12-1.
Meanwhile, in Division Two, the top three all had comfortable victories, with leaders Hopback United defeating Huntsman Tavern 5-0.
