Screwfix Premier Division: MELKSHAM Town travel to Bridport on Saturday looking to make it a hat-trick of wins over the Dorset club this season.

Nigel Tripp's troops picked up wins over Bridport at home in both the league and cup but he in not taking anything for granted and is warning his players they are fighting for a place next season.

"It's a tough game but one we've got to be looking to win now," he said. "We've beaten them twice already but they've improved since then.

"The motivation for the players is the fact that they are fighting for their places for next season and finish as high as we can in the division.

"I've set them the target of four wins from six games.

"As a manager I prepare for every game exactly the same even though there is nothing to play for now.

"Players can't just go through the motions because if they do they will be out of the side for the next match.

"Every game is hard, especially if we don't conduct ourselves properly."

Adie Stagg and John Freegard both played in the reserves last weekend but Tripp is yet to decide whether they are ready for first team returns.

He has moved in the transfer market this week to bring in goalkeeping cover. Craig Guthrie (gashed leg) is still out and Gareth Evans is unavailable this weekend so Ali Wickes has been drafted in.

With no fixture last weekend the extra rest should give Simeon Allison (ankle) and James Cheeseman (hamstring) a good chance to face Bridport. But Jason Lunt (knee) is still out.
