A SUPERB display by all the Devizes players saw them overcome a strong Swindon side.
Devizes produced a brilliant demonstration of power, commitment, skill and teamwork that destroyed a big and powerful-looking Swindon side who in the end had no answer to Devizes.
From the kick off Redman shook Swindon's defence with a great run and new player Swan made some big tackles.
The first half saw Swindon spend the majority of time penned in their own half but somehow Devizes failed to score.
In the second half though Devizes started as they did in the first. Great handling by Smith, Ulm, Pickard and Mayland saw some great moves split Swindon's defence.
Ulm scored from a penalty to get some well-earned points on the board as Swindon's defence cracked under continued pressure.
Pickard launching himself over the line and Mathews and Tuckett also had good ball from Marshall and Ashayer and dominated the lineout creating a second try for Pickard.
Despite the game being very one sided the Swindon players earned credit for never dropping their heads and battled to keep the score respectable.
Ulm showed great vision as he kicked a long ball across pitch for Underwood to run on to and score in the corner.
Ulm then added the conversion to finish off a great game.
