PROPERTY developer Taylor Woodrow has agreed to take part in an inquiry into how to redevelop the Kingston Mill site.
The Bradford on Avon and District Community Development Trust put forward a proposal to get all interested parties around the table for a brainstorming session, chaired by the Princes Foundation, which could then produce a final decision on a use for the site.
Taylor Woodrow has agreed to join members of the councils, community and the Princes Foundation to take part in a two-day workshop to help move the development of the town centre site forward.
Chairman of Bradford and District Community Development Trust, Gerald Milward-Oliver, said: "This is good news the first time that all stakeholders have been able to sit down together to discuss the future of the site."
