FREE blood pressure checks are being offered tomorrow in Faringdon as part of Stroke Awareness Day.
The checks are being offered by the Rotary Club of Faringdon and District and the Stroke Association.
The checks will be carried out from 10.30am to 3pm at the Corn Exchange.
Rotary's Roger Heeks said: "It will only take a few minutes but it could help save lives."
There more tham 300,000 people living with the effects of stroke in England and Wales and more than 130,000 people suffer a first stroke each year.
