BUSINESS doctor and troubleshooter Simon Mathias will be speaking at Salisbury business networking club Ambassadors' breakfast meeting at the Grasmere House Hotel, in Harnham, tomorrow.
Mr Mathias, whose experience spans the public, private and voluntary sectors, says it is now well recognised that good people skills in the workplace lead to increasing financial success.
His presentation will give an insight into behaviour management, offer tips on getting people to do things by changing their behaviour and show that, with understanding and patience, effective partnerships can be forged.
