Radio enthusiasts have been making a bee-line for Chippenham Museum and Heritage Centre to check out a new exhibition examining the development of the radio.
Exhibits range from an early 1908 crystal set to a contemporary wind-up radio, the fruit of the creative mind of inventor Trevor Baylis.
The exhibition was launched with an on-site broadcast by BBC Wiltshire Sound, supporters of the display.
The collection of radios illustrates the development of this world-changing method of mass communication, and includes bakelite models and a novelty radio in the form of a Kellogg's Frosties box, once a giveaway for consumers who collected enough tokens.
The exhibition will run at the heritage centre in Market Place until the end of September.
The Easter holidays have proved a busy time for the heritage centre.
