A NEW chief executive has taken over at West Wiltshire Primary Care Trust.
Stephen Golledge replaces Donna Stiles and is now acting chief executive of West Wiltshire and Kennet and North Wiltshire PCTs.
Mr Golledge was originally seconded from West Gloucestershire PCT in October last year following the resignation of chief executive, Barbara Smith.
He has worked in the local NHS for 12 years and before becoming chief executive he was project director for Gloucestershire Health Authority.
The permanent post has been advertised but it is likely Mr Golledge will remain in his role until the end of the summer.
The PCTs announced plans to appoint one joint chief executive last month.
