THE case of a disabled man who is suing Wiltshire County Council after claiming he suffered abuse at a Trowbridge care home has been adjourned.
Mr Justice Holland fell ill days into the case at the High Court.
The man, in his 40s, claims he was the victim of sexual, physical and mental abuse at the hands of a carer from 1997 to 1999.
The council denies sex abuse allegations and disputes negligence claims. The carer, referred to as "C", denies sex abuse.
