Premier Division side Hullavington were taken to extra time by Third Division Old Lane United before emerging as 3-1 victors to reach the final of the Subsidiary Cup.
They will meet newly-crowed Division One champions Biddestone Social, who ended the dreams of Division Four cup giantkillers Pack Horse Rangers.
Biddestone Social saw off gallant Horse only 3-2, despite hitting the woodwork four times and having several shots cleared off the line.
Biddestone drew first blood when Jamie Lyons headed home a Matt Pratley cross but Shahram Hematti drew the underdogs level.
Paul Poiner restored Biddestone's advantage but Phil Clark equalised again before Will Edwards 20-yard thunderbolt won the match.
In the other semi, Darren Legg gave Hullavington a first-half lead against Old Lane. who left it until the 90th minute to hit the equaliser through Julian Collier his first goal in 10 years.
Hullavington took the lead in extra time when Mike Austin deflected Martin Beech's cross into his own net.
And Collier went from hero to villain as his foul on Craig Samuels gave away the penalty that allowed Hullavington to wrap the tie up, Samuels picking himself up to stroke home from the spot.
PREMIER DIVISION
TEN-MAN Terry's ended their campaign poorly, crashing 7-3 at home to champions Sherston Town, who maintained their 100 per cent record.
Andy Wicks (3) Jack Lee (2), Antony Vizard and Allan Webb scored for Sherston, who led 5-1 at the break and saw John Wilkins miss a penalty. Russell Stritch (2) and Ross Pugh replied.
Box Rovers claimed only their third win in 13 outings and put daylight between themselves and opponents All Cannings in the table.
Tim Jefferies who led the scoring in the 6-1 win with four, Jason Walsh and Andy Price adding the others while Paul Hiscocks responded.
DIVISION ONE
Subsidiary Cup-committed Biddestone Social were crowned champions without kicking a ball after Maud Heath Sports' 2-2 draw with West End Wanderers.
Wanderers took a two-goal lead through Tony Kelly and Dave Macey's penalty and two late Sports goals from Justin King were not enough.
Atworth United overturned a 3-1 deficit to lead 4-3, but eventually lost 6-4 in a goals feast with Trowbridge Harriers.
Stuart Holland, Ali Stokes and Andy Cooper put Harriers 3-1 up after John Baker had levelled but Mike Hopkins' hat-trick turned it around.
The tide turned in Harriers' favour once more when Dan Adams penalty was pushed onto the post by keeper Dave Bover.
Stokes made no mistake with another spot-kick to tie the scores and Phil Read and Andy Cooper made the game safe.
A Stuart Barber double plus Stuart Donohoe's solo effort helped Semington Rovers to a 3-0 lead over The Horse & Groom, who hit back with goals from Simon Hillman and Graham Hunter before Barber completed his hat-trick.
Chris Fenwick's first-ever Horse goal was merely a consolation in the 4-3 loss.
Mark Barnett was Wingfield's hat-trick hero in their 3-0 victory over Chippenham Sports & Social Club.
DIVISION TWO
Two victories within six days saw Corsham Centre extend their 100 per cent record to 19 games, having already lifted the WG Parr Trophy.
They followed up an 8-1 midweek triumph over Roadrunners Simon Gray (3), Craig Gingell (2), Liam Ralph, Luke Denham and Scott Lye scoring with Lee Kelty replying with a 7-3 defeat of Holt, who themselves had seen off fellow promotion hopefuls North Star A 2-0 in the week thanks to two wonder strikes from Tom Pang.
Pang added a hat-trick against Centre, who ran riot with four goals from James Lye, plus strikes by Simon Gray, Liam Ralph and Kevin Brown.
North Bradley defeated Blue Circle Saints 5-1, Gary Brooks scoring twice, Matt Coles, Chris Sadd and Adam Brown also netting. Shaun Sheppard replied.
Tim Knight's 20 yard free kick and a brace from second-half substitute Steve Cleverly earned Spencer Sports a 3-0 win over Christian Malford.
Steeple Ashton hit 20 without reply against hapless visitors Roadrunners, Adam Sheppard leading the way with seven and brother Marc one behind with six,
Brin Holt and Dave Bradbeer added two each while Paul Ford, Nathan Holloway and Matt Winsor's penalty completed the rout.
DIVISION THREE
Parsons Nose look on course to clinch the title after they defeated Potterne 3-2.
Trailing at the break to a Ben Giles' goal, Wayne Bailey (2) and Mark James put them ahead before Johnny Emm pulled one back.
Four Seasons kept alive their slim title hopes after a thrilling midweek comeback from 3-1 down against Westbury Rangers B.
Dave Chamberlain, Tim Combes and Lee Griffin put Rangers ahead after Marcus Young had replied.
But Young added a second and Paul Maddox equalised.
Rangers Matthew Gardiner was dismissed for a clumsy challenge and Alan Farnish bagged the winner.
At the weekend, Westbury Rangers B beat Bradstone Rovers 3-1, Griffin's double and Sam Gooding clinching victory as Pete Green replied.
DIVISION FOUR
Goals from John Little and Richard Thorne his first since October were unable to prevent KSM from losing 4-2 against Bear Casuals, who scored through Chris Bishop, Andy Sayer's brace and Lee Jackson.
The final of the PPL Presto Print-sponsored Knockout Cup between Premier Division champions Sherston Town and second division North Star A is to be held on Sunday at Bradford Town FC (3pm).
