Three sisters are now working together at a busy Swindon opticians.
Tracy and Kelly McHugh have been at Specsavers Opticians in Regent Street for six years and do a job share in the store's call centre.
Now, following a recent recruitment drive by the company, their younger sister Jade has also joined the company.
"It is quite good fun us all working here and we often enjoy talking about the shop gossip," said Kelly, who is 23 and lives in Gorse Hill with two young boys and sister Tracy, who is 21 and lives at Moredon, has a six-month-old baby son.
So that both mums can go out earning, they do a job share which means that when one is at work the other is looking after all three children.
"It works really well," said Kelly.
Their sister Jade, who lives in Rodbourne, and is just 16 and still a pupil at Commonweal School, works at weekends at the optician's collection point.
Jade was one of 12 new members of staff to join the Swindon branch of the company after a major recruitment drive.
Another new employee is the sisters' 19-year- old cousin Kevin McHugh who lives in Pinehurst.
The store is one of the biggest Specsavers stores in the country now employing 60 people and they are still looking for more staff.
