Ref. 30031-18EASTER eggs have brought a smile to the faces of children at at Brimble Hill Special School.
Staff from the JJB fitness club at the Orbital Retail Park, in North Swindon, delivered no fewer than 76 Easter eggs to the school in Lyndhurst Crescent, Park North.
Marie Foster, the bar manager at the fitness club said: "We have been doing lots of fundraising for the school in the past few months, we even had a special party day in which we raised £50 for the school.
"This time we put up posters around the gym asking members to donate an Easter egg which we could deliver when the children came back from their holidays.
"It was so heart-warming to see all the smiles from the children when they saw the eggs.
"There were even enough eggs left over for the children who had not come back from their holiday."
Earlier this month, the school took delivery of a 1m tall Easter egg, which provided enough chocolate for family sized portions.
In February, arm-wrestler Julien Cini, who works at the JJB gym, raised more than £700 for the school from town centre shoppers with a sponsored arm wrestle because his sister Rita, now 22, had such a good time there as a child.
