PAST and present students at Pewsey Vale School can apply for an educational grant in memory of former governor, the late Doreen King.
The Doreen King Foundation is a trust fund set up by Mrs King who was a member of the board of governors of Pewsey Vale School for many years.
Present students or past pupils still in receipt of further education can apply for help with buying specialist clothing, tools, books and also travel in connection with their studies.
Grants can also be made to help former students entering a profession or a trade.
Applications must be made to trustee Mrs S Colling, at 29 Astley Close, Pewsey, SN9 5BD by June 25. Applications will be considered by the trustees in July and the results will be sent to applicants by the end of that month.
