CHIPPENHAM snatched the league title from Wootton Bassett's grasp with an emphatic win.
It was the second game had Chippenham played in three days but they shrugged off the fatigue to gain revenge for defeat against the visitors earlier in the season.
Two goals from Lucy Bailey, and further goals from Seb Everson, Charlotte Johnson, Katherine Hurst and Tash Perry meant that Chippenham Town Ladies won the Open Age League title.
Bassett kept Chippenham at bay for the first 20 minutes but eventually the pressure told. Lucy Bailey fired home a shot from a distance.
Ten minutes later Bailey hit the post but Charlotte Johnson was following up and hit the rebound into the back of the net.
Two minutes later Johnson herself hit the post but Wootton Bassett gathered the rebound, went round a sleepy Chippenham defence and pulled a goal back.
They grabbed an equaliser five minutes later to bring the scores level at 2-2 going into the half-time break.
But Chippenham dominated the second half right from the whistle.
Bailey made it 3-0 on 60 minutes, and Tash Perry, who had come on as a substitute for Jude Gingell scored Chippenham's fourth. Seb Everson scored the fifth from Johnson's pass on 80 minutes and Katherine Hurst scored Chippenham's before the final whistle.
Chippenham Town: Becky Prangley , Emily Snook, Kirby Clift, Nichola Craig, Jude Gingell (captain), Charlotte Johnson, Lia Painter, Jo Ashurst, Katherine Hurst, Seb Everson and Lucy Bailey. Subs: Tash Perry, Josie Cerretelli.
