THAT Wessex Water are to cause major disruption to Devizes and the immediate area to complete 'essential works' confirms DASH2's view that vital services such as a hospital and a maternity unit should be retained and enhanced, not removed or reduced.
The infrastructure is clearly incapable of coping with current demands. How are we to cope when the remainder of the housing allocation and other building is completed?
The public have one more week in which to register views and comments on the current consultation by Kennet and North Wiltshire Primary Care Trust on maternity and outpatient services. DASH2 urges you all to make your voices heard.
