Wiltshire have signed the former West Indies Test captain Jimmy Adams as their overseas player for their Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy, second round match against Nottinghamshire.
Adams will team up with a familiar-looking Wiltshire side for the match at Wesbury on Wednesday, May 5.
However, Richard Illingworth is unavailable due to his umpiring commitments.
Wiltshire captain Russell Rowe said: "We are delighted to have a player of such experience to help the side in this prestigious match.
"I'm sure that he will lift the rest of the players."
Adams is playing club cricket for St Annes in Lancashire this season.
Wiltshire have their annual warm-up match where they contest the Marlborough Cup against Berkshire on Monday, May 3, played at Devizes.
This is the traditional warm-up match for the season and, with Richard Bates and Jimmy Adams unavailable, Jamie Glasson and new signing Mark Thorburn come into the squad.
Wilts squad v Nottinghamshire: Russell Rowe (South Wilts), Jason Searle (Chippenham), Jimmy Adams (St Annes), Richard Bates (Chippenham), Richard Bedbrook (Beckenham), Kevin Blackburn (Clifton/Optimists), Chris Budd (Thornbury), Michael Coles (Bridgwater), Baqar Rizvi (Barnet), James Hibberd (Calmore Sports), Kevin Nash (Bashley), Neil Shardlow (Corsham).
