TWO items on today's news: Tony Blair has said (in effect) that he will take no notice of a no vote in any referendum. These are the words of a dictator, not a Prime Minister.
Then they say a bill giving home owners the right to defend their property by any means is unlikely to find popular support among MPs. Perhaps so, but I'll wager it'd find support with seven out of 10 voters.
And MPs wonder why people no longer go to the polls.
