CHIPPENHAM'S Under 14s clinched a hat-trick of titles by beating Wimborne 15-0 in the final of the Dorset & Wilts Cup.

Having already won the Bristol Combination Cup and The Wiltshire Cup, Chippenham completed the treble in convincing fashion.

After a fine start Chippenham took the lead when Tom Boreham scored a penalty.

And just before the break, Chippenham's Mike Boddington found Boreham to score the opening try. The conversion was missed.

In the second half Chippenham wrapped things up with a try from Cameron Brown which Boreham converted.

And there was a cup final double for Chippenham as the under-15s beat Wimborne 19-7 to win their Dorset & Wilts cup final.

Wimborne started the stronger of the two sides but failed to score and once Chippenham grabbed the first try from a line-out Matthew Whitehead going over.

A similar move on the other side of the pitch extended Chippenham's lead to 12-0 as Michael Mohan scored in the corner.

Chippenham continued to apply the pressure in the second half with Peter Rawson scoring late on in the game to complete victory.

It was Chippenham's fourth successive Dorset & Wilts title.

n Chippenham's 1st XV booked their place in the final of the Bath Combination Cup with a 22-10 win over Walcott Old Boys.

Chippenham were in control at the break, courtesy of a try from Matt Spurway and a penalty and conversion from David Spiers.

Chippenham made it 15-3 when Gary Squires went over but Spiers missed the conversion.

Walcott then pulled the scores back to 15-10 with a converted try of their own.

Chippenham's third try came from Spiers, who later converted his own touchdown to make the score 22-10.
