LIBRARIES across the town will be marking the 60th anniversary of D-Day over the next few weeks.
They will hold special sessions to demonstrate a BBC website dedicated to World War Two where customers can write their stories on to the website.
The sessions will be held on April 28 at North Swindon library between 2pm and 4pm, on May 13 at West Swindon library from 10am to noon, and on May 20 at North Swindon library from 10am to noon.
On June 2 there will be a session at West Swindon library from 10am to noon.
And on June 8 it will be at Highworth library from 2pm to 4pm.
There will also be displays about the war from May 28 until the end of June in Highworth, North Swindon, West Swindon, Wroughton and Swindon Central libraries.
