Swindon property consultants King Sturge has released its latest report on the availability of floorspace across the UK.
This indicates that Swindon is recovering earlier than the rest of the country from the combination of factors that led to the rising availability of the last four years.
Indeed, Swindon recorded the highest level of transactions since 1995 in 2003.

Said Jeremy Sutton, a Partner with the firm: "Over the past year we have seen a general improvement in both the level of enquiries and number of viewings, which is now translating into an increased level of transactions.
"Freeholds and shorter term leases are still the preference for the majority of occupiers."
