Re: AR Partridge. I read with great interest your comments regarding the use of brownfield sites before green fields and would like to point out that you have completely missed the point with regard to "an old rubbish tip" being turned into a new football stadium and sports village.
This "old rubbish tip" is actually a greenfield site called The Shaw Forest Country Park. The area is part of the Great Western Community Forest and has over 46,000 trees (some of which have been planted by my children) and the area is abundant with wildlife.
